Efficient and safe pallet change through electric tilting of the load

The mobile pallet tipper from the brand TOPPY is ideal for replacing damaged pallets or moving palletized goods. Just like an electrically powered pallet truck, it can flexibly move goods in any part of your warehouse. Thanks to its compact design, the pallet tipper is also ideal for tight spaces. The electro-hydraulic assistance during the tilting of various loads up to 1.000 kg increases efficiency and productivity when changing pallets, while reducing the physical strain on your employees. The pallet change is performed by electrically tilting the load and manually rotating it once the load is tilted. The mobile pallet tipper is therefore suitable for all goods that can be temporarily turned upside down: boxes, bags, drums, trays, bottles, platters, big bags, etc. – including fragile goods.

The pallet tipper is moved via the ergonomic tiller handle, just like any traditional electric pallet truck. At the deployment location, you pick up the load with the forks by driving into the pallet. Laterally adjustable leveling grids provide additional support for unevenly distributed loads. The buttons on the centrally located and clearly arranged control panel operate the electro-hydraulically opening/closing and raising/lowering of the gripping unit using the two opposing forks. Depending on the selected version, the gripping units have different minimum/maximum fork openings for loads of different heights. For easy operation when changing pallets, the tiller can be tilted 90° to the side and locked.

Tilting the load through 90° is assisted electro-hydraulically at the touch of a button, turning the load through 180° is done manually after unlocking the gripping unit in tilted position. Then the tilting process is carried out in the opposite direction. Now the operator can manually remove the initial pallet and place the target pallet. After repeating the process, the pallet change is completed. The wheel arms that remain on the ground ensure that the device is stable during the entire pallet change. With an exchange capacity of up to 20 pallets per hour (with double turning) and a tilting time of approx. 40 sec. the pallet tipper ensures maximum time savings and high productivity. The available wide-track version of the pallet turner can be used to pick up closed pallets as well as transversely placed industrial and Euro pallets.

With the external charger, you can easily charge the powerful and maintenance-free gel battery at any 230 V socket. The battery status continuously informs you of the battery charge level. The operating time per battery charge is 8-10 hours, enabling approximately 65-75 pallet changes.

Safety is a top priority – the mobile pallet changer is equipped with various safety systems such as an emergency switch, horn, service brake and belly switch. The supplied platform, which can be permanently mounted under the upper forks if necessary, ensures particularly safe tilting and turning of e.g. drums or unstable products without exerting too much pressure on the goods. The pallet changer is robust and durable due to its solid powder coated steel construction. The smooth and rounded surface is particularly easy and hygienic to clean.
